The Bathroom
Accessed through a standard width part etched glazed door onto a quarry tiled floor. Washbasin, roll top bath, and toilet are of standard height. There is a step up into the standard size shower which had a curtain on two sides. Light and shower switches are mounted on the wall outside the bathroom at a standard height.
The Kitchen
Has a quarry tiled floor, with a range of oak faced kitchen units. Melamine work tops cover the bases. The kitchen has a range of equipment including cordless jug kettle, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob cooker, fridge and dishwasher.
The Lounge and Dinning Room
This large spacious room has a carpeted floor. It has an oak 4-seater dinning table, 2-seater settee, single arm chair and leather rocker. The inglenook fireplace is fitted with a multi-fuel stove on a large slate slab hearth.
The Bedroom
A step up through an open passage archway from the lounge leads to the bedroom. This is carpeted. It has a standard size double bed, a mirrored dressing table and double wardrobe.
The Gardens
These have mainly coarse shale paths with some steps. The patio area has a raised paved area, with chipping around. Walks around the farm are along grass or woodland paths, these can get muddy at times.
